Our mixed hardwood logs are a practical and affordable heating solution. These kiln-dried logs are made primarily from alder and black alder, with around 5–10% birch included in each crate. They ignite easily, burn with a bright flame, and are ideal for everyday use.
While alder is a lighter hardwood, it still delivers clean and efficient heat. It’s perfect for use in log burners, open fires, and multi-fuel stoves. The small addition of birch improves flame quality and makes this mix even easier to light.
Choose from a Large Crate or Medium Crate, depending on your space and needs. Mixed hardwood crates are great for shoulder seasons or as a cost-effective supplement to denser woods like oak or hornbeam.
